Graduate Students
Graduate students work with faculty members on the various Center projects as part of their graduate training. Admission to the graduate program at Carnegie Mellon and the University of Pittsburgh is by department. It is advisable to contact the most relevant faculty members and to request a graduate brochure and application from their department. The Center research grants typically provide some of the financial support for graduate students. The graduate course curriculum begins with the curriculum of the admitting department, with customized modifications for each student.
