You will get a chance to use our fake scanner, which is a wooden replica
of the actual scanner that you will be in for your MRI scan. We will tell
you and show you everything about what to expect during your scan. We
will answer ANY questions that you have. You will also practice keeping
your head still while lying in the fake scanner. This will be very important
for you to do during the actual scan.
4.
After practicing the reading activities and going in the fake scanner,
you will have some time to relax in the waiting area while we set up for
your scan.
